Service Cancellation
- If you cancel the service before a towing vehicle has been dispatched, you will not be charged any cancellation fee.
- If a towing vehicle has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps cover incurred costs such as fuel, travel time, and manpower.

Eligibility For Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only when payment has been made in advance and the service could not be provided due to a delay or fault on our part.
- In cases where the service is partially completed, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis and issued at the sole discretion of our management team after a thorough review.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Traffic Delays: Delays caused by traffic congestion, road blockages, or unforeseen road conditions.
- Incorrect Information: If the address or location provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
- Safety & Accessibility Issues: If service is denied due to safety concerns or inaccessible terrain that prevents vehicle recovery.

Request a Refund
Get in touch with us via email at XXXXXXX within 48 hours of the incident to request your refund. Provide details, such as name, contact information, reason for the refund, and date of service.

Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
